D.COMM: Fruit with water colouring

                                  Miss Norji decided us to use water colour to draw a fruit. So i choose pomegranate for my drawing. I get A for this task.

                              For the back, Miss requirer us to draw a character ourself.

                                    From this task, Miss Norji requirer us to draw hand, watch and shoes. So, i choose my hand for my drawing. At this task I only get 7/10 because the quality of technique have to be improved.

Design Communication Assignment 1 : Design book cover

This is my book cover design. I called it ''The House Of Innisfree''. Why i will draw this because the idea suddenly come from my mind. Actually it is my dream house too. I wish i can stay at this kind of place and the design exactly like this. Im a natural lover. I want to stay in a peaceful, no pollution and natural environment place. 

           

50-words essay : The three things to improve communication skills.

     First thing to improve communication skill is to learn to really listen. We must to pay attention and let the other person talk without interrupting. Second is tell a story. Its will activate our brains. Otherwise, watch our body language. We must think about our toes when talking with other.

Good leaders are made not born. Develop through a never ending process of self-study are important. My leadership style is problem solver. I believe that I am more of this leadership style because I tend to accept input from group members when making decisions and solving problems.

      Working in a small group are the challenges of everyone. Once is coordination costs. It is time and energy that group work consumes. Second is motivation costs.      I have a lot of Facebook friends. We share information and chat via Facebook. Sometimes, I play games with them when i was free. We send messages, upload private pictures and tell our friends what we feel like via mood messages. Facebook enables us to stay in contact with friends.

Listen to the music ( Assignment 5)

This is my last assignment, listen to the music to draw an artwork. I really enjoy listen to the music while doing my artwork. I used straw to blow the colour to made it like fireworks. I feel satisfied when i done my artwork. 

Monogram ( Assignment 4)

          This is my monogram design, it represent my name, Lee Sock Yan. My theme is about feminine. I design it like a ribbon.
       

       
                There are some deference size of stencils. I cut it to many deference size to manage some of the object i have. Although it was takes some time but i love my design very much.

                           This is my pattern design. Although the outcome is not so ideal, i hope can do better next time.

This is my poster design. Luckily i found the rainbow paper from art friend. I really love it so much  !!

Batik (Assignment 3)

              This is my 3rd assignment, Batik. It was a group assignment. So i decided to work with another group to try something new, they are Serra, Yanlin and Inmani. Our theme is crane. We work together and discuss about each other artwork. I grad to work with them because i learn many thing from them. I really enjoy about it and i hope can have a chance to do it again.

Paper Cut Out (Assignment 2)

               
                      My theme is about fairy tail. This is my A-symmetry paper cut out.  I used shinny rose paper to cut it out although the paper was thick. I draw the butterfly around the fairy because it represent happiness , freedom and feminine.

   

     

                    This is my symmetry paper cut out. I used gold paper to cut it out. It takes around 4 hours to finish it. It was very challenging and i can learn more about paper cutting skill. Although it was hard but i really enjoy it.
