First thing to improve communication skill is to learn to really listen. We must to pay attention and let the other person talk without interrupting. Second is tell a story. Its will activate our brains. Otherwise, watch our body language. We must think about our toes when talking with other.

Good leaders are made not born. Develop through a never ending process of self-study are important. My leadership style is problem solver. I believe that I am more of this leadership style because I tend to accept input from group members when making decisions and solving problems.

I have a lot of Facebook friends. We share information and chat via Facebook. Sometimes, I play games with them when i was free. We send messages, upload private pictures and tell our friends what we feel like via mood messages. Facebook enables us to stay in contact with friends.
